Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Two different scenarios, no special actions taken:
-I run my army into some raiders. My ruler is maimed and dies shortly after. Great. Apparently he was marching with his armies.
-I have my army sieging an enemy. I finish the siege, but don't make it back before the enemy finishes sieging my capital. I'm captured in the siege. Apparently I was not marching with my armies.
So which is it, Paradox? If the ruler marches with his armies by default then there's no possible way he could be captured in a siege. If he's not marching with his armies, then there's no way he could be maimed in a battle. One of these is a bug.
