Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Playing a reformed pagan tribal. Cousin marriage is allowed but not close-kin. Consorts & Concubines are allowed. I have a family member who has taken his daughter as a concubine and is producing children with her and the game considers this perfectly legal.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
