Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Gameplay - I have valid claims on vassal titles (used dynasty claim title option)
when I go to revoke the title the effects claim I have a valid reason to revoke and will not be seen as a tyrant.
However when the title is revoked, 20 global tyranny is added to my score.

This makes large empires almost impossible to manage.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
claim a dynastic vassal title, then attempt to revoke title. You should get 20 tyranny even though effects say you won't.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Update your game, the save you have is not 1.1.2. I d/led it because I was able to quickly test it (as it was a major problem in 1.1.1, but it seemed resolved to me) and the game tells me it's a version 1.1.1.
