Short summary of your issue CKIII - 1.2.1 - why do to armies who are fighting against the same country fighting each other?

Game Version 1.2.1

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled? No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
yes

How much "pain" is this causing you?
8

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Two countries (here Bavaria and one other) are each at war with the duchy of Meißen but not with each other. But both countries fight each other. The result is that the enemies of Meißen lose enough troops to result in a win of Meißen in both wars. This shouldn't be possible. Either the AI should be intelligent enough to not engage a third-party army or third-party armies who are in the same province shouldn't engage at all. In CK2 you couldn't attack third-party armies or sieges.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
just attack any character with two different wars and move both armies in the same location.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I have attached a save game
