Short summary of your issue CK3 - Multiplayer - My online status in main menu is turning gray after a while, can't MP (v.1.0.3)

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When you log in the game, online status is turning offline(gray) after one second or so. If you log in, it's turning green, but still says that "multiplayer is not avaiable with suggestion that i should logout and login again, or try again later". After ten seconds, game online status turns gray again.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1) i have skipped linking my new account to steam
2) linked my account later after logging in inside CK3 and failing to get in the game for strange reason(see .3)
3) after i saw weird "this steam is already has linked account" error, i managed to know that my brother is played magicka2 on steam before.
4) and now even after unlinking my brother account, logging in paradox launcher, linking it with steam account and logging in in game (That's already weird, right? To log in twice?), i get my "gray icon" on paradox logo back, not being able to play multiplayer.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
