Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I actually have the Xbox Game Pass version not the paradox launcher version - there was no option for that.
I click on the icon to load the game and nothing happens. I have to go into task manager, shut down the 3 or 4 CK3 programs that are in there that seem to be doing nothing at all, then when I go back to desktop and click on the icon again the game launcher screen starts properly. I have to do this every time I start the game.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

This is cloud save related issue.
If you try several times, the game will launch.
Then, delete every save in cloud and never save to cloud again.
