Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My cousin failed in a plot to murder me. I tried to arrest him but have a 0% chance and he rebelled. As soon as that happens I get a message saying that the war has ended because it's no longer valid. I can try to arrest my cousin again and the same thing happens.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Can't attach save file since it's in the cloud somewhere rather than the save folder.
