Ransoming prisoners doesn't add the ransom to my gold total.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
As Castillian Emperor of Hispania, I just pushed my claim and won the Holy Roman Empire. I have a lot of prisoners and not a lot of money. I clicked the Ransom All button and modal said I was ransoming 4 prisoners. The little popup info windows said several of them paid me 300 coins but my total gold went up by at most 30 coins. I still have many other prisoners, so I manually hit the ransom button next to a couple other prisoners. It told me they could be ransomed for 300. I ransomed them. My total gold didn't change at all. Where's mah money?

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I am seeing this as well. Looks like the gold they offer you goes up to what your Demand goes up to when you have 'Golden Obligations' perk, but what they actually pay on release is the original ransom for their level.

I had same problem and I'm positive it's because of the perk golden obligations being activated.

I found a workaround to collect all 300, everytime.

Instead of choosing 300 and ransom, choose favor and then it will pop up on the "You can demand payments" list and then you can collect the 300 when they have the full 300 to give.
