Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Fabricating a hook on a character and immediately using it keeps the plot at full progress (Ready!) even though the scheme is over, Cannot cancel the scheme as the game says "Cannot cancel schemes that are paused or frozen". This permanently occupies the hostile scheme slot. Can be resolved by having either character dying but if the scheme target is not your vassal, having them die will be difficult, as the game thinks you are already scheming against them and thus cannot murder them, leaving you without a hostile scheme slot.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Fabricate a hook on a vassal or liege and immediately use it (before unpausing/clicking off of the event) to alter your/their feudal contract.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
