Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My character was married to her first husband at the start of the game, she became pregnant and the husband died in battle, upon giving birth, I received a fornicator trait for having sex outside of wedlock and my child was a bastard.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
The bug can be reproduced by by getting married, getting pregnant and then divorcing your spouse or having your spouse die. When the child is born outside marriage or even into a new marriage you'll be penalized. The child will be a bastard and you will get a fornicator trait for having sex outside of wedlock.
