Game Version 1.2.1 Argent (Launcher v2020.15)

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I just start the game and wait in menu for 1-2 minutes or continue playing and after anothe minute or so it freezes whole OS. Sound still coming but I cant move cursor or ALT+F4 or switch to another window or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Before crash it starts showing colored squares on water (if in game) or bright dots (if in menu). Other games doesn't have such problems.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start the game and wait 2-3 minutes in menu or strat/continue play and it would crash around 1 minute from it

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Game resolution: 3840 x 2160
PC specs: 7700K, 32Gb RAM, 1080Ti, game runs from nvme ssd

Figured it out: the problem was my graphics card. But it's strange that it's only happend in CK3. In order to prevent crashes I've downclocked memory and core boost clock. Google MSI Afterburner overclock and do the opposite.
