3

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Alt-Tab while game is running, Change windows default audio playback device (ie: headphones -> SPDIF) Sound still plays through old device. Close/Reopen Game. Sound is now playing through the new default device. (both headphones and SPDIF outputs are on the same creative sound card)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
See the above entry ^^

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
no - just missing a subroutine in your code to allow for updating the selected windows audio device when settings/apply instead of only at runtime.
