Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I cannot login in the game to use the multiplayer. When I try with the correct password, it tries to login and load, then resets as if I had not logged in. When I try the wrong password it tells me - so I know my password is beign entered correctly. Im playing the game through the xbox game pass on PC using the xbox app. Pls help.

I had this issue and for some reason what solved it was using a VPN. Once I logged in once the VPN software doesn't even need to be running, it logs in automatically.
