Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Prince of France was educated as a basque and took culture head title from me (I am the duke of Gascogne) upon succession. Several years later the king embraced french culture and became french, yet he keeps basque culture head title. I waited for several months, then reloaded game but it did not help.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
My save folder is empty somehow. I found last_save.ck3 file in parent folder and attached it here.
