Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As a Crusader Queen of Jerusalem, instituting my family in a different crusade for Syria almost inevitably ends in them converting to the local brand of Islam.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Enforce a new Kingdom in a Crusade. Then wait.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Cause is most likely the crusaders choosing to convert in face of a mass uprising.
