Tried to click on the Resign Button on Liege's Council tab, nothing happens and i am still on the Council as Marshal

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Click on the Resign Button

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

After clicking like crazy i managed to make it work, but only in a small area on the topleft side of the button (somewhere around the green circle in the attached screenshot). Clicking on the rest of the button makes the noise and the animation for button clicking, but nothing else.
