Short summary of your issue Child prisoners are weirdly eloquent when you negotiate their release

Game Version 1.03

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled? No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
No

How much "pain" is this causing you?
1

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When you release a toddler from prison by using the negotiate release option, the response comes from them rather than their host or guardian. Even though a 1 year old shouldn't be able to talk yet, let alone write a formal reply. Also, the whole idea of converting one year old characters is immersion breaking itself as they shouldn't be able to comprehend the condition of their release.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Capture a toddler. Negotiate their release for a hook or conversion.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I attached a picture of a one year old accepting my demand for her to convert to my religion as the condition for her release.

I have attached a save game
No

Their regent probably helped them write it.

While they are in prison? Besides, the example in my screenshot is a lowly courtier that her host wouldn't even pay ransom for. Speaking of which, when you ransom someone, you interact with their host. Whereas when you negotiate their release, you interact with them directly. So it's technically working as intended. It's just that no one at Paradox asked themself the question if that makes sense for characters this young.
