Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
this has been a problem since launch but i dont know if anyone has actually reported it yet. characters who are betrothed to characters who eventually become wanderers will, as the title states, never fulfil the betrothal, but they/their liege also will not break off the betrothal and marry someone else, so they end up not having any legitimate kids unless their betrothed dies somehow. this also holds true of characters that end up in a barony-tier republic court, either by becoming a mayor or being closely related to someone who is randomly assigned the barony

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
betroth a courtier to any underage character and then dismiss them from court. wait for the underage character to come of age (or age them up with console) and observe

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
betrothals in general are pretty busted. ive also in the past reported an issue with characters who are betrothed to someone who converts to a hostile religion, which has the same problem: the two betrothed characters remain betrothed indefinitely as the two ais refused to either break it off or fulfil the betrothal. im not sure if that one ever got addressed either. pic unrelated, i just cant post without attaching a file

I have attached a save game
No
