Can't marry betrothed who became leader of Mercancy company

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Cannot marry a betrothed child to a Mercenary leader once they become of age. Breaking the betrothal still gives me a negative opinion hit.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Arrange a marriage between your ruler's (child) daughter and an older male child that is in line to inherit a mercenary company.
Arrange for the male child to inherit the mercenary company when they come of age (or by other means)
Verify the betrothal is still intact.
When your daughter comes of age, verify that the can marry notification pop-up occurs and you can select it.
The arrange marriage dialog that comes up has the send proposal option greyed out saying they cannot marry but does not explain why in the tooltip. (I assume it is because the wold be spouse is a mercenary leader)
You have no choice but to break the betrothal and take the negative opinion hit.
Suggestion: If a condition arises that will forcibly disallow a marriage to be completed, (if as I suspect it might be, the ascension of the betrothal partner to leadership of a mercenary company) then the non-player party should be the one to automatically break the betrothal so the player avoids the negative opinion hit for breaking it, and inform the player as to why the betrothal was broken.
