Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I own the DLCs "Garments of the Holy Roman Empire" and "Fasion of the Abbasid Court" and started a legacy game with those enabled. Several rounds in the save file passed to someone who does not have them, and he can't load the save file. This is despite the fact that these are only cosmetic DLCs and the same procedure worked fine in CKII.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Enable at least one DLC. Create a save file of any game. Close game. Disable that DLC. Start game, fail to be able to load game.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
