Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Defeated a peasant rabble, imprisoned their leader. I should be able to hire him as an Executioner, based on the requirements, but I can't.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Get a peasant rabble to emerge, defeat them, take enforce demands option (which imprisons the leader). Then try to hire him as Executioner either through the negotiation screen or the Court Positions Screen.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I suspect it's a courtier problem. I was able to hire him AFTER releasing and getting him back into the court and imprisoning him a second time. Also checked the save data in Notepad++ and it seems he has no court data upon first imprisonment. It just seems like he is not considered against the requirements at all, even though he meets the standard.

Yeah, they made the mechanism very weird. You can hire them straight out the prison but the requirements don't show in that dialogue.

Or you can hire them from the Court Position screen by clicking the plus sign...but only if there are eligible candidates. And for some characters, even when they SHOULD be eligible, they aren't.

It needs to be refined/tweaked.
