Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I was playing the Duke of Albany and just won a war against a Count to take his county, and I won. After coming back to my territory, I could not disband my army. I was not in any wars at all, but I still could not disband my army. I tried restarting the game, and same thing when I load. I'm not sure if it's a bug or I'm missing something.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

UPDATE: I was able to leave my territory and disband. I tried going to another territory and then back into mine, but was unable to disband. Is this because there were enemy armies in my Duchy-- even though I wasn't at war with them?
