Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Can't build the Mali Gold Mines unless clicking on the preview button and then "Build". I already have the Crop Rotation technology.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Start as Mandinga in the 800's.
2. Get 440 gold.
3. Try to build the mines.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
If you click on the build button it will count as clicking through it (like clicking on the terrain).

Hello there!

Ok so I tried restarting the game in English, and it worked perfectly.
I tried this again by restarting the game in Spanish, and it doesn't work.
