With the 1.3 patch the Replace Building button is missing on the building UI, when opened for your vassals holding

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1: Start game
2: Find vassal holding
3: Try replace existing building

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I've made a temporary fix. The button shows and is usable, but there's an ugly "only the holder can replace buildings" tooltip when using it on leased out or vassal holdings.

Thank you for the report!

Only the holder can replace buildings - so it is WAD (Works as Designed) that a player cannot change vassal's buildings.
