Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I am unable to increase my crown authority. I last increased it with a previous ruler, and now it just states that I must wait until a specific date to change it, but the specified date is always 1 day in the past. I don't know when this first happened or what caused it. I tried disabling all of my mods and the issue persisted in vanilla, even after verifying game files on Steam.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
