Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I am Catholic w\ Absolute Crown Authority. I designated a daughter as an heir (not even sure I should be able to do this). Now, I see I can set female councillors (Marshal, Chancellor, Steward)
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Be Catholic. Designate a female heir. on Council page, set female councillors
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
