Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I go to my duchy title, to bar called "succession" there should be on the bottom a choice to destroy a duchy, but it si not possible because only visible choice is "add laws" and it is partialy obscured with bottom toolbar.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Ass emperor try to destroy one of your duchy titles.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
