Starting as Alexios Komnenos in 1066 became the emperor, realm succession is partition instead of primogeniture.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Starting as Alexios Komnenos in 1066, father pushed his claim to the byzantine throne, I pushed my claim against a cousin upon his death. Even after becoming emperor, succession is set to partition instead of primogeniture

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
