Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I did every thing listed in the requirements for the decision to consecrate the bloodline. But out of nowhere when i try to click the decision i get a red message telling me i can't cause i'm Content.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Try consecrating bloodline with all requirements met but with the trait content
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Please add to the requirement list the fact that you can't be content (and any other "hidden" requirements) or delete the restriction.
