Short summary of your issue Allies don't join defensive wars

Game Version 1.03

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled? No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
Yes

How much "pain" is this causing you?
10

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Answer to the call to arms of any ally, war 1. Be attacked by a third party, in a separate war, war 2. You can't call any ally in war 2 because "you are not the war leader of war 1". Once war 1 finishes, you can call your allies in war 2.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
See above. I tried to use this myself against AI and it doesn't work, they can always call their allies.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I would believe the issue stems from the function of the "call your ally" action, which calls allies in all current wars you are involved in. If they can't join one, they join none. They should be called only in "my" wars. AI seems to be able to identify this situation when assessing my defending capabilities.

Hello Kerham!

Thank you for your report. We are currently investigating the issue.

It was my error. The problem is that the call allies button appears grayed out in the circumstances described. I simply haven't noticed in these two weeks that you can select the war you're making the call for, I had to read this on reddit, by accident. So is not a bug, but a matter of UI design. Maybe for people like me it should be more obvious that the war itself must be clicked.

So either the call to war to simply ignore by default the wars where you're not the war leader (if this doesn't influence negatively some situations I haven't met yet);

Either the wars to be presented more visible, maybe the button to be moved directly on the war itself, or maybe the difference between clickable war and unclickbale war to be more visible;

Or maybe the action shouldn't reffer automatically to the first (oldest) war in the list, but in first instance to appear something like "Select the war first, moron". And only after the war is selected, there should be displayed a positive/negative resolution with respective reasons "sum".

I apology if this is covered in the tutorial, I am THAT kind of gamer :s
