Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When marching with allied armies, you have no control over them. They roam around semi-aimlessly, often ignoring the enemy if you're not close enough to them. Instead, they just camp out with your troops incessantly, which makes it impossible to resupply by breaking up your army and spreading them out. You can't stop this at all. You can't control it. If you're lucky you'll be able to separate from them through whatever logic the AI uses and not lose troops due to attrition. Even if you're near holdings that the shared enemy has taken, they still don't seem to get that they can siege them to take them back. They hop on and off sieges all day long, never actually accomplishing anything. It's like the AI is weighing everything on a daily basis and constantly changing its mind.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
