Alexandrian Catechism tenet in current player character religion has no effect

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Current player character is genius with Midas Touched. Is a member of a New Christian Faith that adopted Alexandrian Catechism Tenet. About 10 years in-game have passed since creating that faith and the player character adopting that faith.

Lifestyle point growth shows base + 30% genius + 40% Midas Touched for a total of 42 points a month. Lifestyle point growth does not show +20% for Alexandrian Catechism. Actual Lifestyle point growth is actually 42-43 points a month.

This is an Ironman game.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
