Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Simply put: Started as an andalusian muslim (Umayyad) and then within one generation took the battle of tours decision but the achievement did not work.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Well, should be active with the file provided. Just took the avenge the battle of tours decision

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Not that I can think of. Thank you for your help! Really love the game and want to reach 100% achievements!

Thank you for the report!

It is not a bug. You have to start as a Muslim ruler with culture from the Iberian culture group (ruler of Umayyad is Bedouin (Arabic culture group)). Possible solutions: start as one of vassals of Umayyad with Visigothic culture or change culture of Umayyad's ruler in ruler designer and then take "Avenge the Battle of Tours" decision. Unfortunately, you need to start a new game.
