Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The AI suggests the same name for multiple children of the same person. Should be some kind of check so that each child in a family gets a unique name when using the AI suggested names.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have lots of children? this seemed to be more common in a playthrough of the Gur (West African) culture but it's happened with other cultures too. Also may be more common when the children share only one parent (i.e., have the same mother but different fathers).
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
In the attached save, I just approved whatever the AI suggested for the first two children, and they both ended up with the same name (Kilia).
