Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Ruler Rurik died, before that I changed succession to Confederate Partition.

The designated heir had Duchy of Smolensk and it's domains after death kingdom capital moved to Smolensk though all other counties remain vassals and part of the realm.

The realm stopped getting any benefits from any buildings in the kingdom's domains. Screen shots show that Novgorod is part of realm and Halls should give champion effectiveness +10% - but I don't get this or any other benefits from buildings.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Not sure how to replicated, was playing Ironman and not very familiar with Confederate Partition, maybe it is a feature not a bug

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Not sure
