Short summary of your issue After loading the savegame Increase Development task progress changes to some default value

Game Version 1.0.3

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled? No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
No

How much "pain" is this causing you?
6

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After loading up a saved game, i noticed that if i had my Steward performing 'Increase Development in County' task before i quit the game the last time...that the county progress counter is set to some default value if i hover over the development value in county view.
To rectify this issue i have to select 'Collect Taxes' task and then back to 'Increase Development in County' task again so that the progress counter in county view is displaying the correct value again

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
(Ironman mode) Set Steward's (a steward with let say 20 in stewardship) task to 'Increase Development in County' then exit the game. Start the game, and click Resume...after the game loads, the value is different than the one before exiting the game

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

I have attached a save game
No

This isn't just a visual bug. The actual progress on the development reflects the displayed value when you load the game. Any time I reload the game I need to remember to reassign my Steward to Collect Taxes and then back to Increase Development so I get the full value from the task.

I just noticed that this is also happening with the Increase Control in County task in that same save file. Loading the file has my Marshal saying it'll be five years to finish, but switching away and then back to the task reduces the time to three years.
