Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Prior to the update, I was playing with achievements enabled on an Iron Man default settings no-mods campaign just fine. After the update, achievements were disabled, regardless of settings used. I was able to get them working again very briefly by doing a clean reinstall and not having old saves present when loading the clean install for the first time, but as soon as I exited out of an Iron Man game to the menu to start a new game achievements were once again unavailable. Curiously, once in game it says that achievements are enabled, but I have yet to have one fire.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start the game and try to begin a new Iron Man save.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

similar issue for me but it only happens from the campaigns screen, achievements work when i go into "play as any ruler" and then toggle ironman mode

Noted the same thing tonight. Getting ready to start a fresh campaign, achievements will not show up in campaign screen with ironman (and correct settings in game rules) when I pick my ruler.

Hey dude, try going into "play as any ruler" and turn ironman mode on, achievments should activate then u can just pick the person whos campaign you wanna play. Good luck

This a known issue:

[Achievements] Achievements may be shown as disabled despite fulfilling all parameters required

• Resolution: This is being investigated, but in some cases it may be that achievements can be gained, but are not being displayed as such. Try checking the Esc menu achievements submenu after starting a new game.

I have the same Problem!

I tried to start a new game and deleted all savegames, but i can´t get achievments!
When i put the the Ironman-Mode on or off, there changes nothing!
Restarting the game brings noch solution, too!

The only thing that works for me:

To restart the computer and and start a new game without any savegames stored!


I hope this hint will help abit, to figure out the Problem!
