Can't play with achievements. They are disabled because i use a VPN (NordVPN).

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start the game with a VPN or NordVPN specifically

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Hello!

Thank you for the report!

It is already known bug with showing achievement as disabled in the main menu and it is not connected with VPN.

Start the game and when you are in control of your character press esc and go to achievements menu. It'll show whether achievements are actually enabled or not.
