Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
the achievements available icon won't show true when toggling ironman mode while overviewing different ruler campaigns, however, if i go into "play as any ruler" and choose the same ruler it shows achievements available.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
toggle ironman while overviewing different ruler campaigns, achievements available will be false.
go into "play as any ruler" and toggle ironman mode, achievements available becomes true

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
