Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
So this is kinda weird, I've been playing in scandinavia (norway) trying to form Scandinavia, and I think that it is a glitch because when I would declare wars against Sweden sometimes after I win and enforce my demands the war would be invalid because I wouldn't get the land I wanted and would now have a truce.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Idk honestly I think it's all on chance, on my like 6 scandinavia campaigns this has happened to me probably three times

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you very much for your report. In order to reproduce this issue we would require a save from before you are about to enforce demands but you get no land. Could you please provide us with the save file in order to aid in the investigation?

I can try to reproduce it because I don't have that save with me and thank you for your response
