Hi,
I want to marry Mautild, my niece. She has some good perks.
I have a faith allowing all kind of marriage and i have even married some daughter and/or sister in the past.
Why this time, the game gives -1000 reason to marry that niece?
(i just killed her husband to get her...)
Take the save that i did right when noticing this malus.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
try to marry the wife of the man in the event at save start (he is dead, and she could normally be married as a widow)
You have to let go Stephanie wife to get a spot. (already done in the save i provided)
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Maybe it is because her liege is not of our faith and his faith do not allow incest? if that's so, the tooltip should be more precise and say "liege do not tolerate incest".
But even with that, i can't find myself in her list for husbands candidate, and she doesn't seem to be in my list for wives candidates...
what the hell?
Finally i had to "arrange marriage"... between us. That's weird.
