Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Year 1300 arrived. Noble women are wearing Hennins, Noble men are... Jesters? A lot of Princes and Counts are espousing this trend. I think they got confused and thought they were Chaperons.

I'll attach a savegame and Screenshots.

1. Get to year 1300
2. See the Jesters Hats

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I have seen Kings, Dukes, Counts, and Princes wearing these headgear. More images attached.
