Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Testing out 1.2.1 changes to seduction penalties, I noticed by making two characters Lovers that it actually became easier to seduce one of them, instead of it being harder.
In my tests, the "character loves their spouse" penalty modifier to seduction chances is correctly applied to low (22, in my test) and moderate (45) positive opinion of spouse, and also when they are Soulmates (-500). However, when they become lovers the penalty goes away.
This has the obviously unintended effect of Lovers, or characters having a higher opinion of their spouses
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. As the (custom in my case) Duke of Iceland in 1066, I marry a woman and switch character to my vassal Count to try and seduce her, so that I can check the penalties. The Count in question has no Seduction tree perks and isn't Lustful.
2. At 22 opinion of her husband, I correctly receive a -25 success chance to the seduction scheme (1st screenshot)
3. I then make the Duke and her wife Lovers (screenshot 2) through debug, which also increases her opinion of her husband to 82. Trying to seduce her again as the vassal Count, the success chance penalty caused by the character liking their spouse is now gone (screenshot 3) despite the Lover relationship and the boosted (22 -> 82) opinion
4. To test things further, I make the Duke and her wife Soulmates (screenshot 4), maxing out her opinion of her husband at +100. The Soulmate penalty of -500 to seduction success chance is correctly applied (screenshot 5) when I try to seduce her as the vassal Count
5. I test more by loading the starting save, thus removing all relationships (Lover, Soulmate). As the Duke of Iceland I send a gift to my wife, increasing her opinion to 45 (screenshot 6). Switching back to the vassal Count and trying to now seduce the Duchess, the success chance penalty to seduction is correctly applied at -50 (screenshot 7)
6. As a final test as I'm running out of time, I max out the Duchess' opinion at 100 with the "make love me" debug command (screenshot 8), so no relationship is boosting opinion. Contrary to what happened when she had 100 opinion because of Soulmate (point 4 above), the seduction penalty for the character loving their spouse also doesn't kick in (screenshot 9 & 10)
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I couldn't conclude if it's just higher opinion thresholds (50+, not sure how many of them there are) that cause the "character loves their spouse" penalty to disappear, or if the Lover relationship also makes it not work.
Because Soulmate works in applying the unique -500 penalty, I suspect it's not just the higher thresholds and Lover also doesn't work
I have attached a save game
