Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
There are 2 capitals in my realm.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I guess... play tribal and conquer feudal lands. As my second capital is feudal, it would make somewhat sense. No clue how long it has been like this, so could as well be related to succession somehow.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you for the report!

This actually is working as intended. It is not Your Realm Capital - it's your Vassal's. All landed characters are Rulers and they need a Realm Capital for their Court and Council.
