Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My heir fled imprisonment due to his chain of sadistic murders. Once he fled I could no longer disinherit him.

I can understand not allowing disinheriting random people of the same house around the world, but an exception should be made to your own heirs (or at least the primary one).

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
