Short summary of your issue (1.0.3) Vassals inheriting a higher Tier foreign Realm get independence. Maybe something to do with High Crown Authorty in the foreign Realm

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Vassals that inherite higher Tier Realms outside their current Realm get Independence. I have not noticed this with inheritence on the same Rank as in King getting another Kingdom.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Land an heir to a foreign Kingdom as a Vassal and be an Emperor. Have this Vassal inherite the Kingdom and watch your Land getting free. This can even happen with High Crown Authority in your Realm. Maybe repeat this with diferent Crown Authority in the Kingdom.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Could it be that this happens because the Kingdom has High Crown Authority and its lands should not pass outside the realm? I thought this rule only applied to lower rank Vassals and not the highest Title itself.
