Short summary of your issue [1.0.3] People who joined as defenders in a holy war continue to fight as defenders even when the title changes hands to a Hostile/Evil faith ruler

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
A Catholic ruler declared a holy war on an Ash'ari ruler. A neighboring Ash'ari ruler joined him as defender. Meanwhile, a Nestorian ruler (me) conquered the target title. This makes the me target of the Catholic holy war (makes sense so far). But the Ash'ari ruler is still fighting alongside me in the defense, which makes no sense as my faith is Evil to Ash'ari. I have no alliance with him - so clearly he should leave the war as soon as the title no longer belongs to an Ash'ari ruler.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Conquer a title which is being contested in a holy war. Now all the defenders continue to fight alongside you even if your faith is Evil to them.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
