Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The name of the voter whose row it is is listed on the second line of the "who is voting for a candidate" tooltip, where context indicates the name of the candidate should be.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Hover over the envelope icon on an election screen. (I saw it with Tanistry, no idea if it is also on other election types). See screenshot for example.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
As can be seen in the screenshot, the tooltip states "Electors voting for Duchess Luitgard", when the Duchess is an elector, not the candidate.
