Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I have a vassal with a March contract. When trying to change it to Scutage the game says that I cannot do it "because Scutage and March are not adjacent". Hence, I cannot even select Scutage as it is greyed out.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Be feudal. Have a feudal vassal with March contract and try to change it to Scutage.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
