Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
its just a minor mistake that i have noticed while checking artifact modifiers

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
just check 00_artifact_modifiers line 58 and 59
artifact_levy_reinforcement_rate_same_faith_1_modifier
artifact_levy_reinforcement_rate_same_faith_2_modifier
they should be levy_reinforcement_rate_same_faith = 0.04 and 0.08 instead of 0.4 and 0.8 like they are now

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

the tragic thing is that this is not the only nearly similar bug they produce

Sometimes I wonder if those responsible (if there are any) have any programming skills.
